Gardenia yellow beverage stability checks

Evaluate shade, clarity and stored appearance in each fruit, tea or dairy base.

Define the yellow

Lemon yellow, mango yellow, orange-yellow and tea-like golden tones are different targets. Compare gardenia yellow with suitable beta-carotene, curcumin or other candidates before fixing one specification.

Use the actual base

Fruit drinks need acidity, vitamin C and clear-package controls. Tea needs polyphenol and metal-ion attention. Dairy adds protein and emulsification. A stability result from one base should not be reused for another.

Compare heat and light

Record heating temperature and holding, and prepare before/after-heat, light-protected/exposed and real-package comparisons. A visually acceptable preparation-day sample does not establish shelf retention.

If sediment or specks appear

Check dissolution, filtration, water quality, ingredient compatibility, pH changes and mixing/shear before changing the color. Tea projects should use the real tea base. Confirm the chosen specification and destination requirements after the application trial.
